SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Support clients through the physical, emotional, and adoption planning stages of pregnancy, providing limited financial assistance, baby essentials, and long-term case management covering housing and employment support. You do not have to be Catholic to receive services. Services are free to you and always confiendential.
SERVICE HOURS:Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
INTAKE PROCEDURE:Call for 405-523-3000 for a phone intake.
FEES:Call for fee schedule.
ELIGIBILITY:Pregnant women/teens or previously served by agency.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:Must provide photo ID/driver's license, proof of residence, proof of income,
